WILTSHIRE Police is working with Age Concern and the Pensions Service to raise awareness about help and advice that is available for older people.
The work forms part of Age Concern's 'Your Rights' campaign which had a display in the Brunel Centre, Swindon.
The Pensions Service also had an exhibition in Swindon town centre telling people about changes in the way pensions and other benefits will be provided.
A police spokesman said: "Wiltshire Constabulary are keen to encourage older people live their lives to the full and to enjoy Wiltshire as a place to live and work, while taking sensible precautions to avoid becoming a victim of crime.
"Wiltshire is the second safest county in the country but it takes the actions of all of us to help keep it safe."
