A food distribution company is setting out on a new partnership to help fund growth plans.
Snapper Frozen Foods was taken over in November and the management embarked on an expansion scheme taking on six extra staff and installing new computer systems.
Now new owners Anne Green and Nigel Etherington are linking up with Lloyds TSB to create an extra warehouse to add to the Warminster depot.
Anne, who is managing director, said: "We had become used to looking after businesses to acquire on behalf of other people and when we discovered the owners of Snapper wanted to sell, we saw great potential in the business and decided it was time to go for it ourselves.
"The company had always banked with Lloyds TSB but it is only recently that we have begun working in close partnership in terms if developing the business.
Company bosses are now planning a third office to complement the Warminster and Cardiff warehouses.
Snapper Frozen Foods currently has 22 members of staff and a £2.6m annual turnover. The firm distributes frozen food, canned and bottled drinks and a range of catering products including tablecloths and serviettes.
