A HUSBAND and wife team from Holt have secured a deal to provide organic meals for over 2,000 holidaymakers every week.
Angus and Shoo Oliphant opened Miniscoff in Holt four years ago and specialise in making healthy organic meals for children.
Now following six months of negotiations and trials, Miniscoff will provide the food on the children's menus at Center Parcs holiday resort in Longleat near Warminster.
Mr Oliphant said: "Food service is a growing area for our business and we are delighted to be working with Center Parcs.
"Despite families eating out more and more with their children, the children's offer has changed little in the last 20 years, especially from a quality standpoint.
"Working with Center Parcs we have created a menu which offers parents balanced, nutritious and healthy options.
"We will be producing upwards of 2,000 meals per week for them."
All meals created by Miniscoff are low in sugar and salt, contain no additives or substitutes and are designed for the palate of a child aged between one and 12-years-old.
Children staying at Longleat, Elveden Forest, Oasis Whinfell Forest and Sherwood Forest will all be able to sample the menus.
Center Parcs food and beverage concept manager Mark Spincer said: "We have been monitoring the changing eating patterns of our guests now for some months, and it became obvious that there was a gap on our menus for new, healthier meal options for children.
