FILM crews have been capturing behind the scenes footage at Longleat Safari Park for a BBC television show.
Filming of the fifth series of Animal Park has included Lord Bath mucking out at the rhino enclosure and interviews with the zookeepers.
The show will be screened later in the year and is presented by Ben Fogal and Kate Humble. Filming coincided with the opening of a new garden and sculptures.
A spokesman for producers Endemol said: "This is the fifth series of Animal Park we have filmed with the assistance of everyone at the Longleat estate.
Over the past three weeks Longleat unveiled the Mystical Garden, a pride of topiary lions and a six-metre steel Tree of Life.
The tree costs £84,000 and was made by Frome-based architect Neil Wilkin. The Mystical Gardens have been opened to appeal to younger visitors and feature giant toadstools, a distorting mirror, fountains and a suncatcher sculpture.
Tommy Parker, grounds and gardens manager, said: "We wanted to produce something magical which would appeal to youngsters."
