Wiltshire's stressed out students are invited to get in touch with the Connexions service if worries about exams and revision get out of hand.
Many young people feel stressed at this time of year in the run-up to important exams but for some young people these feelings can be overwhelming, leading to depression, mood changes, poor appetite, poor sleep, low self esteem and lack of motivation.
But help is at hand, and teenagers can contact a personal adviser at Connexions Wiltshire and Swindon, a Government-sponsored advice agency. Alternatively they can log on to Connexions Direct, where an adviser is available seven days a week, from 8am to 2am.
The service also provides support on a range of issues, from mental health and relationship problems to careers, health and legal matters.
Connexions Direct can be contacted via Freephone 0808 0013219, or e-mail www.connexions-direct.com
