SWIMMERS are being urged to help raise cash for Highworth pool after taking a dip.
Proceeds from a paint-a-tile event will help ensure the pool's future.
About £800,000 is needed to pay for a state-of-the-art sliding roof which is needed if the pool is to break even.
The pool is currently only open during the summer, meaning it doesn't generate cash for most of the year.
To help boost the fund which currently stands at £402,000 swimmers can decorate a tile in return for a donation.
Phil Baker, the chairman of the trust which runs the pool, said: "We are hoping it will be as successful as last year.
"People who enjoy using it must help us keep it."
Tile design activity days take place at the pool on June 19 and 20 between 9am and 5pm.
