Ref. 30915-13HAPPY youngsters enjoyed the sun as they toddled around a Wootton Bassett park for charity.
Around 20 children from the Wootton Bassett Childminding Group, aged between six months and four years, took part in the half-mile charity walk around Noremarsh Park in the town yesterday.
Marianne Marmoy, chairman of the group, said: "The children had a fantastic day, and the weather has been great, they have really enjoyed themselves.
"It is great that the children themselves can raise the money rather than just the adults."
The sponsored toddle has so far raised £375, but more money is still coming in.
Once it is all collected it will be donated to children's charity Barnardos.
The group has been going for three years and holds a charity fun day annually.
They meet every Tuesday, from 9.15am to 11.15am at the Civic Centre in Station Road.
