Ref. 30927-92Buffer Bear nursery may be in Swindon but that doesn't stop the children travelling all around the world in their lessons.
The nursery, in the grounds of the Great Western Hospital, held a celebratory party to mark the results of their recent Ofsted inspection.
Nursery manager Tracy Field, 29, said: "One of the areas we did really well in was our understanding of other countries.
"So our theme for the party was All Around the World. Children and staff dressed up in costumes from different countries.
"We also ate a range of different food such as samosa, pizza and vol au vents.
"We are really chuffed to receive good gradings for both care and education. The only point where they said needed a bit of improvement was to extend maths skills for the older children."
The nursery has also welcomed a new arrival recently a big cuddly bear which swamped some of the younger children.
Miss Field said: "Sainsbury's gave it to us and it's wonderful. The children have named him Buffer Bear and they hug him on the way in and on the way out.
"He's humungous. The little ones can only cuddle his leg."
The nursery primarily caters for children of GWH staff but places are also available to the public.
Sessions run from 6.45am to 1pm, and 1pm to 7pm, and cost from £13.80 for half day.
