Residents are invited to submit their own personal wish lists for Malmesbury Town Hall as plans for its redevelopment are finalised.
Forms are available from the town hall for residents to express their views on the building and what services it should offer.
Roger Griffin from the Town Hall Users Group said: "Many have already submitted their comments but I fear there are those who haven't.
"Now is the last chance saloon. If people don't make their wishes known how can we implement them?"
Proposals from THUG include redeveloping the hall with a library, council offices, museum, performing arts centre, underground parking and housing, but the group wants as much public feedback as possible before embarking on the ambitious project.
The plans were approved by North Wiltshire district councillors last month, and they allocated £10,000 for the project.
Copies of the questionnaire are available from the town hall information desk.
