BUSINESSMAN Juillet Hammer has opened a new flower shop with a difference in High Street, Wootton Bassett where there isn't a single carnation or chrysanthemum.
The Guelder Rose sells rare and exotic fresh flowers and silk flower arrangements and gifts.
Mrs Hammer said: "So far it's been really good, there has been a lot of interest and I think people are curious because there isn't anything like this in Wootton Bassett."
Mrs Hammer trained as a florist and has been working with flowers for 28 years. Before opening the shop she sold silk flowers in the Studley Grange Craft Village.
She said: "I have lived in Wootton Bassett since 1989 and I have always liked it, but I knew that it didn't really have a gift shop or anything like what I planned."
