STAFF from the Silbury Group in Devizes, the parent company of Sarsen Housing Association, walked more than 22 miles and raised around £700 for Homeless International.
A total of 19 staff and friends started at Sarsen Court in Devizes and walked along the Kennet and Avon Canal in the searing heat on Sunday finishing at Bath Cricket Club.
Silbury staff member Jane Horsell who organised the walk said: "Everything went smoothly and the weather was definitely on our side.
"Although some people didn't manage to do the whole 22 miles everyone put in a tremendous effort and enjoyed themselves at the same time."
The walk was part of Homeless International's UK wide sponsored walk 'Hit the Road' which started on May 29 from different starting points and finished at the Chartered Institute of Housing's annual conference in Harrogate on Monday. It raised £5,000.
