UNDERCOVER detectives pounced at a Highworth pub garden and found an 18-year-old man who had just bought cocaine, a court heard.
Leonard Kahn, of Blunsdon Hill, Blunsdon, was caught when plain clothes officers descended on the King and Queen pub at Highworth in April, prosecutor Richard Thomas told Swindon Magistrates Court.
As they started to search him he pointed to his shirt pocket and told them he had bought some cocaine for £45 to use later that evening.
Representing himself, Hahn, who had no previous convictions, declined to say anything in his defence. He was fined £150 with £100 prosecution costs.
An order was also made for the destruction of the Class A drug.
