BRADFORD on Avon's Wiltshire Music Centre is playing host to international stars this week as two groups of Californian young musicians play at the venue.
On Tuesday 35 award-winning teenage jazz musicians from Hemet High School, south California, played to Year 8 St Laurence School pupils.
They spent two days in west Wiltshire, staying with families of St Laurence pupils.
The next stop on their UK tour is Stonehenge. Then they will travel on to Canterbury.
On Saturday the Palo Alto Chamber Orchestra, from San Francisco Bay, California, will be playing at the centre.
The orchestra, which recently won first prize in the chamber music division of the International Youth and Music Competition, will be playing works by Bach, Handel and Tchaikovsky.
Tickets to the concert are available from the Box Office on (01225) 860100 for £8.
