A MAN accused of sexually assaulting two women and attacking a third in Trowbridge missed a first court hearing this week.
Kevin Dopson was due before magistrates in Chippenham on Monday but was ruled unfit to attend.
Magistrates were told the 25-year-old remained sectioned under terms of the Mental Health Act at a secure unit in Swindon.
Dopson is charged with indecently assaulting a 20-year-old woman in Gloucester Road, just minutes after allegedly molesting a 17-year-old girl outside The John of Gaunt School.
A third charge of common assault is linked with an incident in the Shires shopping centre, in which an 18-year-old girl was grabbed as she walked past Taylor Made Butchers.
All three incidents are alleged to have happened in a 30-minute period on March 11.
Dopson will remain at the Swindon unit until his next court hearing in July, unless any appeal against sectioning is successful.
A psychiatric report will be prepared in time for the next court hearing, which will help solicitors decide whether Dopson is fit to plead.
