AS someone who uses the Hydrotherapy Pool I was appalled to read of the mindless vandalism.

So many people get relief from their pain by going to the pool, even to go a week without it doesn't bear thinking about.

This year is the pool's anniversary. Thamesdown Ladies Choir, TLC as we are known, had already chosen the Hydrotherapy Pool as our charity of the year.

As part of our fundraising we are putting on a show at the Wyvern Theatre on Sunday. Perhaps you would like to support us on this night, to help us to raise as much as we can for this wonderful cause.

There will be other charity concerts throughout the year but this one is the main event, our money is needed more now after this mindless act than it was before.

I just pray that these people, whoever they are, will never need the Hydrotherapy Pool themselves.
