MUSIC and impromptu dancing heralded the sunrise at Stonehenge when more than 20,000 people gathered for the midsummer solstice on Monday.
Some 150 police officers were on site and a handful of arrests were made but for the most part it was a joyous and peaceful occasion.
The sun was obscured by clouds for about half-an-hour but finally made a spectacular appearance. DA5819P21
