MARLBOROUGH managed a welcome Glos/Wilts Division Two victory on home soil a 25-run success over Woodmancote to move seventh.
Woodmancote were dangerously poised at 74-1 after just 15 overs in their pursuit of Marlborough's 220-9 off their allotted 45 overs.
However, the dual bowling change of overseas off-spinner Vinay Sharma and medium pacer Ajay Kumar turned the game.
By the time the pair had finished their spells of 13 overs each, Woodmancote were all but out of the game at 152-6 with only seven overs left.
The outstanding Sharma finished with 3-33, Kumar ending with 2-58.
Woodmancote rallied by smashing 25 from their next two overs, but George Fox and youngster Tom Wallbridge bowled them out for 195, Fox finishing with 3-50.
Earlier, openers Tom Norris scored 82, Navid Ahmad 41 and Hendy Alleyne 39.
n Biddestone won by eight runs when they visited fellow title chasers Hatherley & Reddings in Glos/Wilts Division Two.
Overseas star Michael Lodder scored 71 as they managed 179-8 in their 45 overs.
The bowlers restricted Hatherley, taking the last Hatherley wicket from the last ball.
The wickets were shared amongst Lodder who took four, Perry who took three and Gordon Bedwell who took two.
The second team responded to their dreadful defeat at Bredon the previous week, with an impressive all-round performance against Winget winning by 115 runs.
Sam Thornton scored 71 and then took five wickets for seven runs in just four overs including a hat-trick.
Winget were finally all out for 120.
