CHRIS Lamb, Barclays area corporate director for Wiltshire, has won a top award for outstanding contribution to the community and diversity.
Mr Lamb was presented with the regional winner's award by MEP Graham Watson at the Barclays Regional Chairman's Awards ceremony held in Somerset.
He received a cheque for £250 for a charity of his choice.
Launched in 2000, the awards recognise employees who have made an outstanding contribution to their community or who have actively participated in helping the bank achieve its goal of becoming a diverse organisation.
Mr Lamb gave the £250 to The Mitchemp Trust, which supports disadvantaged young people in Wiltshire.
Elaine Arnold, regional community manager for Barclays, said: "It is wonderful to see the ways in which our people support their local communities.
"Chris's commitment and enthusiasm personify the spirit of Barclays' community programme."
Mr Lamb said: "I would encourage everyone to work with the Mitchemp Trust to help the young people of Wiltshire."
