SALISBURY law firm Trethowans has said farewell to two long-standing members of staff.
Michael Adams and Derek Sharp have between them clocked up more than 50 years in the profession.
Mr Adams (second from right) practised law for 38 years and joined Trethowans as a consultant in July 2002, following a merger with Elgars Solicitors, advising on a range of commercial property and private client matters.
He held a drinks reception to thank his clients and introduce them to partners John Fletcher (left) and Garry Treagust (right), who will be taking over their affairs.
Mr Sharp (70) (second from left) joined the firm in 1987 as the firm's archivist and was responsible for managing clients' files, deeds, wills and securities.
Miles Brown, managing partner, said: "It always marks the end of an era when long-serving members of staff leave the firm.
"We wish both Michael and Derek a long and healthy retirement."
