HIGHWORTH pensioners will be able to find out whether they are entitled to more benefits at a special drop-in surgery.
The Pensions Service in Swindon is holding a drop-in surgery next month.
Advisors will be on hand to answer questions on pension credit, council tax benefit, winter fuel payments and other benefits.
Those who are under pension age and want advice for the future are also welcome.
The surgery is being held between 10am and 2.30pm in the town council community room in High Street on Tuesday, July 6.
Coffee and tea will be provided.
Mike Sheppard, of the Swindon Pension Service, said: "This surgery is part of our commitment to bring the Pension Service to all people in the area, whether they live in a large town or the rural areas.
"We hope to see not only pensioners but also people approaching pension age, or those who look after pensioners at home."
A similar event takes place at the same time on July 15, the Ellendune Community Centre, Barrett Way, Wroughton.
