FARMER'S daughter Hannah Gauntlett will be putting her work on show in a barn for the Marlborough Open Studios event next month.
Aged 24, she will be the youngest of the 44 artists taking part in the 10th anniversary of the Open Studios scheme on three weekends in July: 10-11, 17-18 and 24-25. Some artists will be sharing exhibitions so there will be 37 studios open.
Miss Gauntlett formerly went to Marlborough College before doing a foundation art course at Trowbridge College. She then did a degree in the history of art at Norwich University.
Her university course required her to study in Italy for a year and she loves the country so much that she lives there for half of the year.
She has a studio at her dad Bruce's farm at Brimslade, near Wootton Rivers, but will be turning one of the barns into a gallery to exhibit her paintings and photographic work.
