Somerset reached 125 for 1 in their reply, before wickets tumbled and with Somerset on 169 for 7 and wanting 23 from the last two overs the result favoured Wiltshire. However John Cook had other ideas and with 34 off 26 balls he gave the away side an unexpected last gasp victory.
The pick of the Wiltshire bowlers were Peter Sadler (2 for 15 off 5 overs), David Howden (3 for 36 off 9) and John Williams who with a miserly spell conceded just 26 runs from his nine overs.
