THANK you to past and present employees of Nestle, who contributed to the Staverton Nestle Trust Community Fund.
The Trust has kindly donated £200 towards the cost of the computers used for training.
The computers allow access to training for job opportunities for less fortunate teenagers in particular young pregnant women in our local community.
We thank the Nestle Trust committee for their congratulations on the Vine Project's devoted efforts and their good wishes for the Vine's continued success and enjoyment for the future.

I WOULD like to congratulate and thank the 15 cyclists and the marathon runner, who completed the 22-mile cycle and run to raise money for the Hope Nature Centre, a project for adults with learning disabilities.
From school age to a lady in her 70s they raised the magnificent sum of £1,430 which will go towards the building of the tearoom and nature trail in Southwick Country Park.

ON behalf of the Trowbridge and District Christian Aid Committee may I thank all the people of Trowbridge and the surrounding villages for their extremely generous response to the recent house-to-house collection.
The amount collected was £9,375.49. This has been forwarded to headquarters for use around the world, to alleviate the problems of those less fortunate than ourselves. In addition this year, we are most grateful for those who by endorsing the name and address on the envelopes will enable a further approximately £773 to be tax refunded by the Government.

CARERS Support West Wilts would like to thank the people of Trowbridge for their donations amounting to £236.20 at The Shires Shopping Centre on June 11 and 12.
We would also like to thank our team of volunteers, who gave up their time for the collection.
On June 13t 23 walkers celebrated Carers Week by walking three, six or nine along the towpath at Bradford on Avon, raising nearly £1,000 for CSWW. Thank you to all who took part, and those who sponsored them.
