A new diary of health meetings has been published for the summer months.
About 10 public meetings have been arranged by Patient and Public Involvement In Health Forums in Wiltshire.
The Swindon PPI Forum will meet on Thursday, July 22 at 10.45am at New College, in New College Drive.
Later that day, the Great Western Hospital PPI will meet at the same venue. The session will start at 5.30pm.
The meetings are open to anyone and people may raise issues with the forum.
The Commission For Patient and Public Involvement In Health is behind the network of Patient And Public Involvement Forums aimed at keeping checks on health standards.
Each NHS trust and primary care trust in England has its own forum, consisting of at least seven people, to discuss health issues in that area.
John Walsh, 68, of Liden, joined the Swindon and Marlborough NHS Trust forum because he thinks there is room for improvement.
He said: "People should take an interest. It's their health service and we will all be patients one day."
People planning to attend, or who have special needs to access a meeting, are advised to contact James or Luisa at the Health Advocacy Partnership office on 01225 701131.
