A host of summer activities will be laid on at Hartham Park, near Corsham, from food and wine to film and fishing.
The genteel sports of croquet, boules, billiards and tennis are also available.
The summer programme kicks off on July 15 at 7.30pm with a wine quiz, by Richard Guest of Great Western Wine.
Teams of four will be competing against each other with blind wine tastings and competitors will have a chance to match food with wine.
Trout fishing on the lake at Hartham Park will follow from 9am on July 28. Elevenses, packed lunch and afternoon tea will be provided, as well as a supper of organic trout. An experienced trout fisher will be on hand to guide and advise.
A kid's eye view on wild food will be provided on August 5 and 26, for A Walk On the Wild Side from 10am.
Children aged over eight will be taken on a walk through woodlands, ancient meadows and stream banks to see plants good for eating. Afterwards they will meet the chef who will teach them how to make a drink of a mini First Aid kit, using the plants they have discovered.
Canapes and cocktails will be the subject of a workshop on August 12 at 7.30pm. Executive chef Hein van Vorstenbosch will give a demonstration on creative ways with food and drink.
Wines from Chile and Bordeaux will be presented by winemaker Franck Bijon on September 15 over a four-course dinner and on September 24 the summer activities conclude with Food, Film and Fantasy, at 7pm.
The classic film Like Water For Chocolate will be preceded with a sumptuous Mexican meal.
