Pupils from Chafyn Grove School take part in an Elizabethan festival.THERE was a celebration of all things Elizabethan during a three-day festival at Chafyn Grove School.
Pupils in years three to eight enjoyed a typical 16th Century wedding feast complete with a hog roast and fruit.
Entertainment was provided by the pupils who performed Elizabethan music and dancing along with circus skills they learnt in a workshop last term.
The event also involved a production of A Midsummer Night's Dream which combined footage filmed in Wylye Woods with stage performances.
Parents, staff and pupils worked tirelessly to produce the scenery and costumes for the historical celebration which was a great success.
