Goatacre teams are looking forward to a return to league action tomorrow after last weekend's washout, with the firsts travelling to Bredon at the halfway stage in this season's Wilts/Glos Division One campaign.
Captain Pete Turner will be looking for a repeat of last Sunday's cup result, but will also be hoping that the top order of Steve Gee and brother Rob Turner will quickly return to form.
The Wilkins trio father John, and sons Jif and Ed will want their form to continue following their exploits in the cup last Sunday.
The Bredon side have been struggling and lie just one place outside the relegation zone.
The seconds promote a trio from the thirds as holidays have affected availability. Paul Henly, Paul Curtis and Ed Jenkinson move up to play Bredon's seconds at home.
The away side currently lie second in the Wilts/Glos Two league, and captain Robin DuBoulay expects one of the toughest games of the season.
The 3rds are looking to rely on ace batsman Andy Donegan to do more than just bat in Saturday's Wiltshire Division 6 fixture against Wootton Bassett as he takes over the captaincy due to the absence of Pat Murphy.
Donegan will be able to call on the services of swing bowler and middle order batsman Paul Merrett for his first appearance of the season, and he will be expected to add some firepower to both the batting and bowling.
