BATH AND DISTRICT YOUTH LEAGUE: CHIPPENHAM'S Liam Dawson destroyed the Trowbridge bowling in their Bath and District League match.
Dawson hit 16 fours and two sixes on his way to making 124 not out and made his runs off just 87 balls.
Tom Beard (13) supported Dawson in an opening century partnership before Phil Adams (29 not out) helped Dawson take Chippenham to a daunting 187-2 in their 20 overs.
S Crangle (2-41) was the sole Trowbridge wicket taker.
Chippenham then bowled accurately to restrict Trowbridge to 73-3 for a comfortable 114 run victory.
C Giles (27) was the leading batsman for Trowbridge.
