ALL councillors have been urged to obey planning rules and regulations following allegations of misconduct.
West Wiltshire District Council legal team has sent letters to all members reminding them of the correct procedures when dealing with planning applications.
The move comes after councillors were in dispute over actions surrounding a Warminster plan submitted by Cllr Kay Whatley-Gibbs.
A spokesman for the district council said: "We have sent out advice and reminders to all members on how to act with regard to planning applications."
The bid to build a warehouse and storage with an access road and parking, without complying to previous planning permission imposed on Crusader Park in Warminster, was rejected by the District Planning Committee on Thursday.
