There was a feast of football for Chippenham Cub Scouts on Saturday when they contested their annual knockout cup competition.
The event at Notton School involved 13 Cub Scout football teams.in the six-a-side football competition teams battled it out in mini leagues with qualifiers making it through to the quarter-final stage.In the final 1st Derry Hill Cubs defeated 3rd St Chippenham St. Peters.The winning players were presented with their medals and the Don Gould trophy by assistant district commissioner Bob Christian.
