APPROXIMATELY two weeks ago I saw a man pushing branches into the litter bin outside Liden Primary School.
This later built up and could be seen as a blocked bin unusable by anyone else should they be litter tidy.
I saw this man return across the road to Okebourne Park via the footpath entrance on the other side of the road.
In my mind this action is criminal, causing inconvenience to the general public and in particular children who may take the step to put litter into the bin.
I would ask that people living in the area should make the offender aware that this is not the behaviour of a good citizen or a good neighbour.
