Skipper John Baden makes one enforced changed with brother Paul unavailable.
Talented left hander Antony Spencer, who has been scoring runs at will for the 2nds this season comes into the side.
The consistent Roger Willoughby will again spearhead the attack, ably supported by Matt Barrett who performed so well against Malmesbury last weekend. Will Nichols is still unable to bowl due to a side strain.
Blaine Norridge returns to lead the 2nds in a tough away fixture at Dumbleton, with both sides fighting for third spot in the league.
Adrian Brabazon replaces the unavailable Paul Stoddard, while Simon Barnett fills the hole left by Spencer's promotion.
James Parkinson will be looking to continue his fine recent form.
Alan Biggins takes a young 3rds to Cherhill in the Wiltshire League, with wins needed to stave off the threat of relegation. Jack Hazzard gets an opportunity with the ball, with brothers Mark and Dan Thomas included.
Kevin Thompson leads the 4ths at home to Chippenham, and includes many of the young players who have performed so well this season.
Swindon visit Marlborough on Sunday in the Border League. Skipper Paul Stoddard includes O'Neill and Matta in his bowling attack, and all-rounder Robin Sawyer.
The 2nds host Cheltenham Saracens at the County Ground, with Andy Reed hoping to pass some of his coaching skills onto the rest of the side.
