TEAM Leisure is celebrating winning a ten-year contract from Sandy Balls Holiday Centre, near Fordingbridge, to manage and operate its family fun centre.
Team Leisure specialises in the design and operation of amusement arcades and leisure activity centres. It has been operating the fun centre at the Godshill holiday centre on an annual contract for the last six years.
Its new contract reflects the ongoing investment Team Leisure has made to the operation of the fun centre, including advice on the optimum use of the space to provide a warm and friendly environment suitable for children and adults.
It provides the staff and management for the fun centre's day- to-day running and has introduced everything from rides for toddlers to the latest interactive video and games tables for teenagers and coin operated equipment that appeals to parents and grandparents.
"We are delighted to have secured a new ten-year contract to operate the family fun centre," said Alan Heal, of Team Leisure.
"Amusement arcades have a certain notoriety, but the key to our success, which the team at Sandy Balls has recognised, has been to use more than 40 years' experience in the industry to guarantee a comprehensive and professional service at all of our operations."
Andrew Howe, managing director of Sandy Balls, said: "Team Leisure has provided a first class service and designed and delivered a leisure activity centre which reflects the wholesome family nature of the business we operate. Ensuring the continuation of that quality service was the key to our awarding this new contract."
