RUNNERS are invited to sign up for the scenic Warminster Forest 10 miles run, which takes place on Sunday, September 12.
The run is a multi-terrain, undulating course through the scenic Longleat Estate.
Starting near the centre of Warminster runners will gently climb out into the woodlands, through the beautiful village Crockerton, which then leads onto the edge of Shearwater Lake.
From there runners will meander up through the Longleat Forest and skirt around the boundary of the Centre Parks complex.
Here runners will be twisting and turning through the woods at speed gently down hill then onto the quiet roads back into Warminster with Salisbury Plain on the horizon.
Closing date for postal entries is Friday September 3, 2004.
