A TEAM of experienced personal trainers offer a range of services at the New College sports centre.
They can tailor a training programme for each individual, catering for a number of health and fitness objectives. Weight loss can improve personal appearance, confidence and health and a personal trainer can guide clients through step by step approaches to achieve target weights.
They can design an exercise regime to help people get fit for a sporting event such as a marathon.
A personal trainer will also help in maintaining motivation.
A taster session with a personal trainer at the New College Sports Centre costs £10 throughout August.
