Ref. 71815-77FIVE cuddly cats are all on the look out for loving new homes.
The abandoned creatures were rescued by the Teckels Animal Sanctuary and have been cared for by fosterer Jeanette Maisey.
She is currently looking after two adult cats and three kittens in pens in her back garden, in Latton, near Cricklade.
Jeanette, who has been a fosterer since October, said: "We just want loving homes for them, somewhere they'll be safe and receive a lot of care.
"One of the female cats needs a very special home where somebody is in the house all day.
"When she first came to me she was so fiery she wouldn't allow anybody to stroke her but now, after a lot of attention, I've got her to come around and she is all right being handled.
"The other ones have no problems. They have all had their injections and have been de-flead and de-wormed.
"They were all abandoned, found wandering the streets.
"I think abandoning animals is disgusting.
"They should be cared for properly and that's why I became foster."
