THERE will be plenty going on in Wootton Bassett on Saturday afternoons for the next two months.
The town's Chamber of Commerce has organised the entertainment for shoppers starting on Saturday and running until October 16.
This Saturday's programme, from about 2pm in the Town Hall precinct, will feature a bouncy castle, a treasure hunt and a Spot the Guitar competition, plus live music from the Two Tones.
Local individuals and groups will be welcome to set up sales tables, to widen the appeal of the event.
Chamber of Commerce president Brian Taylor, said: "We want to bring some fun into our historic High Street for everyone to enjoy.
"This Chamber of Commerce initiative is sponsored by North Wiltshire District Council, Wootton Bassett Town Council and many local businesses, who have helped to organise events and have donated prizes.
"We hope people of all ages will come along and will enjoy their Saturday afternoons with us."
Those who would like to be involved can contact Mr Taylor on 01793 853870.
