THE Swindon Railway Convention at the Steam museum has just got bigger.
The centrepiece of the event on September 18 and 19 is the first steam locomotive to run over 100mph, the City of Truro, which was built in Swindon.
Visitors will now also be able to see the museum's latest acquisition, the class 50 diesel-electronic locomotive, the Glorious
There will also be plenty of model railway and product displays. Details on 01793 66646 or www.steam-museum.org.uk
