Ref. 71901-07A DOZEN accountants are hoping to swell the the Swindon Cancer Appeal by completing a 72-mile cycle ride.
The number-crunchers from Monahans accountants in Newport Street, Old Town, are preparing to ride from their Glastonbury office to Swindon.
David Roblin, 54, from Highworth, is one of those prepared to get saddle sore to help cancer patients.
He said: "It's a pleasant route, and we stop off at our Trowbridge and Chippenham offices on the way.
"If it's good weather, it's a lovely ride."
Last year, the ride raised £750 for Hearing Dogs For The Blind. The new target is £1,000.
The cyclists are now training once a week after work for the ride on September 24. To sponsor the team, call Monahans on 01793 818300.
