Biddestone manager Gary Skidmore insists that his team are learning despite still not having a point after their three opening league matches

Skidmore was happy with certain elements of this match. He said: "It was a strange game. For the first 20 minutes we were good and had a host of chances. I can see a win coming."

Then against the run of play Rovers scored three goals in ten minutes to put the game out of Biddestone's reach before even half an hour had elapsed.

The first came from a back post header on 20 minutes and four minutes later Willand doubled their lead when their midfielder caught the ball on the outside of the box, turned and smacked it in the back of the net.

The third came from an error by keeper Chris Snoddy. The youngster, 18, tried to clear a through ball and kicked it against his own player for an own goal on 30 minutes. Poor marking again on the back post led to the fourth on 80 minutes.

Biddestone's best chances came from Dan Charman who had one header go just wide in each half.
