Another week, another whinge from John Fisher but it's difficult not to feel some sympathy for the outspoken Highworth boss.
His side entertain Falmouth in the Extra Preliminary round of the FA Cup on Sunday (kick-off 1pm).
With few clubs competing at this initial hurdle, Fisher believes they should have been given a bye following their heroics in the competition last season, where they were just 90 minutes away from a place in the first round proper.
To put it into perspective, Highworth's neighbours Wootton Bassett will be competing in the FA Cup for the first time in over 50 years this season but they have been handed safe passage to the next round while Fisher and Co are left behind to fight for their survival despite their recent pedigree.
Fisher said: "Previously teams that have done well last season get a bye at this stage but apparently they've changed that and everybody just gets thrown into the hat regardless now.
"It's harsh, having gone through four rounds last season, to have to play at this stage when there are other clubs competing for the first time that have been given a bye."
On the plus side, the Sunday lunchtime kick-off should guarantee a healthy gate at the Elms.
Fisher is just praying for a result one way or the other.
A draw would mean a near eight-hour round trip to deepest Cornwall on Wednesday night.
"Quite truthfully I would rather lose on Sunday than draw," said Fisher.
"It's supposed to be regionalised at this stage but it would be quicker to go to Newcastle.
"The lads would all have to take half a day off of work and not everyone can do that."
Fisher is without Matty Saye and Paul Cooper faces a fitness test after both picked up ankle injuries in the bruising 1-1 draw with Abingdon on Tuesday.
Steve Richardson is set to make his Highworth debut and Pete Macklin is also standing by.
Devizes are also in Extra Preliminary Round action.
Mark Godley's men entertain Exmouth tomorrow.
