WOOTTON Bassett can expect a bumper crowd when they play their part in this weekend's annual Hellenic League ground hop.
As many as 400 could descend on Rylands Way at 7pm on Sunday evening to watch the derby clash with Pewsey Vale.
According to Bassett boss Pete Yeardley, the ground hoppers will be watching a real scrap.
"It's always a war of attrition with Pewsey but they always seem to come out on top," he said.
"They're a side that were supposedly going to struggle this season but they got a good result against Wantage in the week and I'm expecting another battle."
Bassett are likely to be without Rich Gee (ankle) and Paul Patel (thigh).
Elsewhere in the Premier, Fairford entertain a Witney side now bossed by former Purton chief Alan Clark.
Chris Knowles is Fairford's only absentee.
Division One West champions Purton, who picked up their first point of the season against Cheltenham on Wednesday, entertain Middle Barton.
Ollie Thompson and recent signing Stuart Wallace are missing but otherwise Chris Pethick and Sean Clark will name an unchanged side.
Cirencester United entertain Clanfield without Mark Warrener, who picked up a knock in the 0-0 draw with Ross on Wednesday, and Dave Reeves who is on holiday. Malmesbury Vics bid for their first points of the season at Winterbourne on Sunday.
