THE top Under 14 game of the day saw Brunel Boys and Westlea Wanderers, the two teams behind leaders Eastville Boys, meet up.

Westlea led 2-0 at one point but Brunel Boys came storming back to score three without reply and take all the points.

Meanwhile Eastville Boys maintained their 100 per cent record with a 6-1 win over Highworth Juniors A, Max Etheridge hitting four goals, the others from Jamie Prictor and Matthew Twine.

Shrivenham & Watchfield's improved form of late continued as they ran Fairford close, the latter eventually edging it 4-3.

Highworth Juniors B moved into third after a 5-3 win over Shaw, Santino Pileggi and Richard Tremblen hitting two each for Highworth, Tom Maynard adding a fifth, and Daryl Charman netting all three for Shaw.

AFC Barbury made no mistake against Penhill Allstars, scoring 14 times without reply through Dan Franklin (6), Joe Rayson (3), Toby Green (2), Charlie Grabe (2) and James Turner.

Leaders Ferndale Rodbourne came away from Fairford with all three points following a 7-0 win. The goals came from Tom Butcher (3), Nathan Gambling (2), Arron Selby and Gianluca Costabile.

Wroughton moved up a couple of places with a 3-2 win over Old Town United, courtesy of two goals from Sam Keenan and one from Kyle McConnell.

Lydiard Youth went third after a 5-2 win over Croft Juniors, their third consecutive victory, William Greer (2), Chris Aubrey, Dean Hall and George Bartlett were on target.

Liden Community continue to lead the pack after a 3-1 win at Purton. Paul Covey (2) and Grant Davies scored for Liden, Adam Bedwell with the Purton consolation.

Shrivenham & Watchfield secured their first league win of the season with a 5-2 success over Ramsbury, Josh Brown helping himself to a hat-trick, Matt Harris and Jamie Canavan also netting and Scott Kimber replying twice.

Two goals for Thomas Melton-Ruddock and one from Lee Horgan were enough to see Greenmeadow defeat Ferndale Rodbourne B 3-1.

Ferndale Rodbourne A are looking clear favourites to take the title as they made it six wins from six following a 10-0 win over Cricklade Youth A.

The goals came from Josh Parsons (4), Conor Baxter (2), Ryan Selby (2), Stephen Hill and Kyle Rigby. Stablemates Ferndale Rodbourne B also won against Stratton Juniors B thanks to Ashley Wilkins solitary goal.

Match of the day was between Brunel Boys and Shaw, the latter edging it 3-2 to maintain their 100 per cent record. Kane Lever hit two, both set up by Christopher Olner, and Dominic Rekowski also netted, while Michael Malekides and Daniel Frankcom replied.

Vince Tapster, Jay Snooks and Tyler Shepherd gave Wootton Bassett Town all three points against Croft Juniors, for whom Jack Savage replied, while Wroughton beat Stratton Juniors 4-1 through Scott Currie, Michael Vertannes, Oliver Armstrong and Luke Venn.

Lydiard Youth and Liden Community maintained their 100 per cent records at the top.

Lydiard were 14-3 winners at Cricklade Youth B, Antony Alcock (4), Andy Bradley (3),Dave Wood (2), Nathan Hudson (2), Sam Richardson, Sam Golding and Matthew Cole on target.

Meanwhile, Liden also made it six from six with a 3-0 win at Purton, Tyler Lane, Dan Billing and Tom Bracey their scorers.

AFC Swindon went third after a 4-1 win over Highworth Juniors B, Maher Ali, Mohammed Ali, Dan Black and Adam Sykes their scorers, Mitchell Webb replying.

Shrivenham & Watchfield beat Swindon Badgers 9-0 with Alex Celer and Craig Thompson hittinghat-tricks, Josh Little, Tino Fiore and Alex Bowles the other goals.

Marlborough Town Youth and Old Town United drew 2-2, Jack Copp and Greg Rawlinson netting for Marlborough.
