SWINDON met Devizes in four age groups at the weekend, the under nines sharing the spoils with their rivals.
Charlotte Farnsworth crossed the line four times and Matt McCluskie once giving Swindon a well deserved 5-4 victory over their opponents' B team in the first.
However, Devizes A made amends, winning the second 8-0.

n At under 10 level, Sam Williams and Jack Kimber (two each), plus Nick Arrell gave Swindon a 5-2 victory.
They improved on that in the second match, new prop Shaun Kemble shining as hat-tricks from Jack Mepham-Coles and Kimber, plus a brace from Williams gave them an 8-1 win.

n The under eights managed two wins, the first 7-6 with two tries for Ieuan Whelan and Connor Burt and scores for Kyle Perkins, Josh Lee and Jack Hubble.
Swindon also won the second match 10-4. There was a hat-trick for Thomas Bain, two each for Whelan, Lee and Taylor Rowe and one for Burt.

n Devizes edged the under seven opener 8-6, despite two tries for Alex Holman and James Easton, plus scores from Tommy Farnsworth and Kathleen Cox.
Swindon rallied to win the second 9-7, Easton scoring eight times and Christian Wood once.
