MINNOWS Queenstown sent last season's Knockout Cup beaten finalists Moonrakers crashing out of this season's tournament with a stunning 3-2 comeback victory.

Two early Paul Parsons goals had given Division One leaders Moon-rakers the half-time advantage.

However, the underdogs hit back in the second period through a double from Adam Whitefield, which included an equaliser in the last minute, to take the tie into extra time.

The Moonies continued to press, but Division Seven pacesetters Queenstown battled all the way and Terry Wallace hit a stunning long-range effort to clinch victory.

Division Three Mallard left AFC Gas from Division One reeling at half-time, amazingly seizing a 5-1 lead.

Dean Richardson scored a double, Travis Tonkin, Mark Adams and Paul Ritchie hitting the others.

Danny Sealey netted for Gas and then scored a second-half penalty, but it wasn't enough to stop Mallard.

Division Eight leaders Green Baize United demolished Fox & Hounds from Division Three 9-1, Danny Mason bagging four and Lee Reeves a treble.

Darren McCluskey and Pat Slattery completed the scoring, Daniel Kingsley scoring the Fox goal.

Jovial Monk took another Div One side, Tran Staff, to extra time before going down 4-1. Paul Day was on target for the Monk.

But another team to claim a scalp from a higher league were Division Eight side Classic Paving.

Martin Swadden put them ahead at Division Three outfit Windmill before they conceded an own goal through Ben Hollingshead. However, Darren Brown scored the second-half winner.

Rat Trap from Division Four, 4 swept past Dynamo Ashton from the division 6-0, thanks to Sam Moore, Del Fuller, Craig Ingram, Shane Hewlett and Marc Connolly's brace.

Angel Inn, also of Division Four, ended their match with South Marston (Division 3) at 4-4 after extra time, but winning 5-4 won on penalties.

Another Division 4 side, Campbell James, powered their way to an 8-1 win at Pewsey Saints of Division Two, thanks to a four-goal burst from Luke Carvey and one each for Steve Wood, Matt Wheeler, Pete Temple and Craig Wykeham. Tony Hurkett bagged the consolation for Pewsey.

Stratton United, from Division Eight, won at Division Five Village Inn by the odd goal in nine, with Matt Wanless, Scott Buchanan, Tom Heinz, Adam Pfleger and Danny Furkins all on target. The Village scorers were Simon Harris, John Twigg, Richard Cummings and Bob Livingston.

Another Division Eight team to cause an upset were Smart Movers, who beat Tawny Owl from Division Six 3-2.

Trailing 2-1 at the break, they netted twice through Mark Woolley and Duncan Bayliss to triumph, Bayliss having already scored in the first half.

Auto Colour defeated visiting Division Five side Coleshill 4-2 with doubles for Clive Taylor and Craig Dixon.

Another Division Eight side West Swindon defeated Brook House from Division Six 4-1, with a brace for Matt Bennett and one apiece for David O'Driscoll and Anthony McMahon. Kevin Holborow netted the Brook House goal.

In an all-Division Eight tie, APS Mortgages brushed aside Bear Marlborough 7-3.

Doubles for Dave Rendell and Gary Sealey plus strikes for Dave Smith, Anthony McCusker and Warren Anger gave them victory.

Nine Elms won 2-1 at Kingsdown United with Warren Fuller back on target with a double, Graham Mundy replying for Kingsdown.

KMLC lost 3-2 at home to npower and a Brian Cosgrove hat-trick for Motorola saw off Coleview 5-1.

The other scorers were Micky Pearce and Steve Shaw while Gary Smith netted for the losers.

Top scorer of the day was Barry Shedden of Nationwide, who blasted six as his team won 7-1 at Swindon City. Toby Silvester scored the other goal and Alex Woolhouse netted for the beaten side.

High St Club thumped Horse & Jockey 6-0 with Nick Trott grabbing a hat-trick, Gareth Parry scoring twice and Kelvin McCarthy also netting.

Defending champions Juventus won 2-1 at Alanbrooke, with goals from Jon Husband and Tate Hulbert, Lee Thomas replying for Alanbrooke.

Swindon West Indians beat Southbrook Inn 3-2, Luke Chambers and Jason Edwards with two netting for the winners.

A Chris Wardroper second-half screamer helped Highworth Plough beat AFC Royston 1-0.

Dolphin won 2-1 at Eldene Social Club 2-1. Ross Kent hit a first-half penalty but then missed one later on and Ben Taylor scored the second with 15 minutes remaining. James Bridgeman bagged the Eldene goal.

Meanwhile, a Pablo Tome goal was enough for Intel to beat Deers Leap 1-0.

Wroughton WMC overcame a potential tricky visit to County Ground with a 2-0 win.

CJ Electrical won 7-0 at GTS. Wayne Presley grabbed three with Robin Simpson, Steve Deane, Marly Griffith and Steve Deane netting the rest.

Ian Teasdale scored another double and Darren Parsons one for RFK Ferndale who beat Moredon Cheney 3-1, Matthew Tyler replying for Cheney.

Division Four leaders Prince of Wales eased past Chesters 5-1 with Dean Dixon, Wes Corbett, Jimmy Dixon, Chris Williams and Mark Botting on the scoresheeet.

There were doubles for Chris Ayers and Greg Higgs and further strikes for Mike Soule and Mark Lloyd plus an own goal for Highworth Swindon Fencing as they won 7-1 at Intermach, Dayle Andrews sreplying.

Penhill United won 2-1 at Duckhams Chiseldon for whom John Cave -Ayland scored.

Another top league side to go through were SKS Blyskawica who won 8-1 at Nationwide Life.

Hat-tricks for Ben Hollick and Jan Walega and one each for Fab Stec and Martin Stratford helped them to a comfortable win.

John Angliss, with a double, and Pete Myall saw Wanborough through to the next round after their 3-1 home victory over Lamb Marlborough.
