Debutant Roger Wiltshire, 16, scored two cracking goals on his debut for Rowde Dynamos who overcame AFC Melksham 3-1.
With chances aplenty for both teams it was surprising that the goal tally was not a lot higher. Geoff Moore went close to giving Melksham the early lead but saw his header cleared of the line.
Rowde finally penetrated Melksham's defence through Ashley Edwards and even though Andy Harrison bought the scores level it was left to Wiltshire to steal the show with his twogoals in the final ten minutes.
Chris Andrews' excellent individual effort midway through the second half was all it took for AFC Springfield to beat Plough 1-0.
Not for the first time this season Wanderers came from behind to earn a draw.
Trailing to KSM to a Olly Turner own goal and a rarity from Kevin Henderson who pounced on a Stuart Parr back pass to give KSM a 2-0 advantage, Wanderers then awoke from their slumber as Dominic Sheppard headed home to cut the gap and then a perfect free kick from Nick Tate five minutes from time earned Wanderers a 2-2 stalemate.
Top of the table Bar OC hosted the inconsistent AFC Pilot on a blowy morning at Bromham.
The home side started the sharper of the two and Rob Drown should have done better after eight minutes when, unmarked, he headed over from six yards. Twenty minutes later, a Pilot defender unwittingly helped on Luke Rudman's inswinging corner but Carl Jackson was alert enough to clear the danger at the back post.
A minute later, Rudman had a glorious chance but with the goal at his mercy he blazed over the bar. In a scrappy first half, Bar OC deservedly took the lead after 38 minutes.
The outstanding Darren Brown, reverted to his normal midfield role, found Mark Hulland surging through the Pilot's back four. Hulland skipped a desperate last-ditch tackle and slipped the ball past Nick Bryant for the opener. Pilot flew straight back at Bar OC after the break and grabbed an equaliser within three minutes.
John Hampshire palmed away Steve Bierne's free kick and the resulting scramble saw midfielder Lee Ridout stab the ball home from close range. Four minutes later, Bar's sweeper Tom Paget strode forward and set up Rob Drown.
His fierce drive was nonchalantly flicked over the bar by Bryant in the Pilot goal. Bar OC nearly reclaimed the lead in bizarre fashion a minute later, when Andy Webster's low cross was nearly turned into his own goal by Pilot's Matt Gurke.
Rudman spurned another chance from the edge of the box shortly after when set up by Kevin Hamersley.
Andy Webster came close three times within a matter of minutes just after the hour. Firstly, his diving header rattled the post with Bryant beaten.
He then wasted another chance two minutes later after Rob Drown appeared to be bundled over the penalty area. Within a minute, Bryant was again relieved when he just managed to turn over the burly striker's free kick.
With the game petering out into a draw, it was substitute Mikey O'Donnell who decided the encounter. His sweetly struck free kick with five minutes left curled over Nick Bryant to make it 2-1.
Pilot threw everything forward in the dying minutes and nearly snatched a point when Tony Couch's corner was headed off the line by Darren Brown.
