THINGS are beginning to hot up in the second I'm a Councillor Get Me Out of Here competition, as Swindon school pupils fire more questions at the remaining competitors.
Councillors Chris Van Roon, Colin Lovell, Barrie Thompson and Chris Shepherd have been quizzed online on issues ranging from the environment and facilities through to crime and anti-social behaviour.
But the most topical question so far, on the Iraq war, is "Do you think Tony Blair was right to go to war?"
Tory councillors Lovell, Van Roon along with Lib Dem's Shepherd all condemned the Prime Minister, but Labour councillor Thompson believes he was right to remove the evil regime.
Voting is taking place to evict two of the councillors on Friday, before the remaining two go head-to-head for the title of Youth Champion next week.
