A DRIVER, who had no licence, was over the alcohol limit and using a handheld mobile phone was fined a total of £240 by magistrates.
Ali Sari, 23, of Goddard Avenue, Old Town, was also banned from getting behind the wheel for 16 months by the Swindon bench.
He admitted drink driving, driving without a licence and using the handheld mobile and was told he could reduce his ban by four months if he completed a drink driver rehabilitation training course. Sari was also ordered to pay £34 prosecution costs.
