MARK Hodkinson has warned his players he will make sweeping changes if there is a repeat of Saturday's lacklustre performance.

The Bradford boss was incensed by his side's lack of desire and accused them of letting the club down.

Bradford have set their sights on promotion to the Screwfix League next season and are working hard off the pitch to making sure everything is in place.

But Hodkinson knows many more performances like Saturday and all the behind the scenes work will have gone to waste.

He said: "The club is working tirelessly behind the scenes to try to help us progress. Talks are in place to try to get a stand and lights. But the lack of effort on Saturday was a disgrace. We can't afford to have many more performances like that and if we do I will bring in a whole new team.

"No-one came out of the match with any credit and I have had some strong words with them, questioning their ambition."

Bradford entertain Calne Town Reserves tomorrow and Hodkinson has said he will be making changes.

He said: "We have a few players coming back into the squad and I expect to use them. No one from Saturday can have any argument if they are dropped.

"We had recovered well from a very poor start to the season but again we have taken a few steps back.

"If we had lost but given 100 percent effort then I would have had to blame myself but it wasn't like that on Saturday.

"I do still blame myself a bit but I don't see why I should really because it was all down to the players' lack of effort."
