HUNDREDS of schoolchildren are aiming for success in a conkers competition today.
The tournament takes place at Ruskin Junior School in Stratton.
And, unlike schools in other parts of the country, the youngsters won't be forced to wear safety goggles.
Headteacher Creighton Muirhead, right, said: "The children look forward to this, it brightens up the school year."
